I hate advertisements.
They are the most annoying thing next to wet socks.
I truly wish they would die. |

Ads pay for videos.
Besides, how else would you find out about cool new products you want to but? |

Sure it a pain in the *** but where else are people going to advertise, companies need to and have
the right to advertise their products, sure it's annoying but it has to be done |

Companies need ads to sell things, you need ads to know what's for sale, and I like ads.
Without ads, everyone loses. So just take 10 minutes out of your episodes to watch some previews. |

Ads should not be removed from videos. Many companies who make the videos depend on the ads for
funding. Above all, how in the world would we ever know what is on sale if there were no ads in
videos? They show us what is available in the stores and sometimes, they remind us of the things
that we may need. Some of the ads are even funny. However, I do agree that they do not need to play
the ad a million times. They should run the ad for a day, then change it. Watching the same ad over
and over can turn one against the product. Like television sit coms, the ads have to be changed
frequently in order to maintain interest. |

No, they shouldn't caz people need to advertise |

Ad's are everywhere these days. You can find them almost anywhere, so its inevitable that some would
be place online. |

The internet has popularized the culture of free. People now expect to be able to get virtually
anything for free through this magical portal called the internet. Stuff we once paid for in the
real world, such as music, films and articles we now expect to be provided gratis through our
computers. Unfortunately, people have to work hard to put those things together, and their work has
to be compensated in some way, otherwise they wouldn't bother doing it.
For years, the online world has been leeching off the real world, as companies earned their actual
revenues in the real world and used them to subsidise their operations on the internet. They weren't
really sure what this whole internet thing was all about but, hey, everyone else was doing it and if
they decided to skip it, they might end up stranded one day if it turned out their was money in it.
Real world revenues are now being adversely affected by the availability of free content online.
Newspaper circulation, even television audience is diminishing; record companies are struggling;
even video rental stores are close to being wiped out. The situation is not sustainable. At some
point money has to enter the system to pay for the content creation.
People have mostly proved reluctant to take out online subscriptions so the monetisation of content
will have to come about through advertising. If you want all of these resources to continue being
available to you for free, you need to just suck advertising down and accept it. |

Are you stupid, how else would people advertise there products so widely if TV had no adverts you
wouldn't be able to see new product or items you would wish to buy in then future |
