I agree. People that never admit they're wrong bug the randomness out of me. They look like immature
little brats. |

I'd definitely respect someone more if they admitted it. |

It takes strength to admit when you're wrong. I agree with that. |

Admitting your wrong is a strength. Being wrong is a weakness. |

It shows that you are human in the respect that everyone gets things wrong occasionally and that you
have the courage to admit that you're wrong |

Definitely! I Agree! |

It shows character...a very good one. |

If you admit your mistakes, then in turn, you'll have one less mistake. |

How do we know how to judge the difference between right and wrong? If one person has an opinion or
proceeds in an action that is considered wrong by the majority of people, how do we know if the
minority is isn't right? How do we know if anyone is right? You can be wrong in absolutely any way,
and there might not be a person on this planet with the right answer. That being said, from what we
know or believe, everyone is wrong from one time to another. Its an act of blatant stupidity if you
fail to admit it. By not admitting you are wrong is a weakness, but admitting you are wrong is a
norm, and an act of logical rationality. |

I think that if you realize you were wrong, you should have the moral-fiber to confess your
short-coming, and it will help someone else come to realize THEIR short-coming too.
You have to be the first one to initiate Change. By example. |

Simple math. Of course it's a strength.
The good news here is that anyone who disagrees with this will likely have ample opportunity in life
to change their view. I might go so far as to say far more opportunity than most. |

Absolutely!
Being able to admit you are wrong takes a willingness to set aside ones ego, be empathetic and try
to understand your opposition. It takes no effort to be close minded and not listen to others, and
be unbending in your opinions. Children do this.
It takes a strong, mature adult to look at what seems like a distasteful position, consider it and
be willing to change and admit they were wrong based on that opinion. This strength helps one
evolve, and as we all know, those who evolve, survive. |
| |
|
| |
|
|
|
 |
|
If someone would actually get hurt or killed over the admission, then you should definitely keep
your mouth shut, at least until the danger is over. Only someone of exceptionally weak character
would do otherwise.
There are NO absolutes in life!
