This is incorrect. On the contrary, acting is one of the HARDEST jobs you can ever have. |

Not true. So many B-list actors...and few A-List.
There is a reason for that: Talent. |

I believe acting would be an incredibly hard and stressful job. You have to authentically live
someone else's life and get rid of all the accents of your own life, like speaking another language
unerringly. You have to dredge up bigger than life emotions and not have it overwhelm you. You
have to move perfectly and take the most acerbic direction. |

As an actress, I can say that it's much more than just reading lines in front of an audience. It's
not as easy as people make it out to be. |

On the contrary, I admire actors for their talent. I watch really good actors and actresses and
think, "Wow, how in the world do they do that?" Most of us can't act to save our lives. |

I disagree, I think acting is a difficult job. You have to be able to show emotion on demand and
make it seem real. |

|

|

|
If you are on stage you have to project your voice, be able to pull of emotions, anunciate, remember
lines, remember stage directions, remember cues, I am an actress at school. It is not easy. Right
now we are doing The Music Man, and the boy playing Winthrop is trying to get the lisp correct. |

You have to learn your lines, act the right way, fit the part, look exactly what they want you to
look like, and be almost perfect. Sound easy?lol
Not that i do, just from observations |

If that was true, then anyone could do it and it wouldn't pay so much. |

I disagree, Actors have dozens of lines to remember, indefinite amounts of time, and energy to put
in, and are held to strict standards of lifestyle to more perfectly relate to the character they are
portraying. And so it is because of this that many actors suffer emotional and psychological
disorders. Now of course not all do. Actors do not get paid as much as you would think, many work
2nd or 3rd jobs just pay rent. You see what Hollywood wants you to see. And acting does take
training, some people have more natural talent than others. Anyone can recite lines, but not
everyone can act realistically. |

Within the context of most roles especially roles that come up these days you are absolutely
correct. But I’m going to disagree with you for two reasons.
1) because no one else has,
2) Because at its most demanding acting is something that very few people (including most
professional actors) are capable of. |
