Philosophically I agree with the statement, a country is sovereign and determines its own destiny.
HOWEVER, unless we believe in pure pacifism we also have to say that the neighboring countries have
every right to respond to their quest for weapons by attacking them.
So yes North Korea has a right to have nuclear weapons, and yes the neighbors separately or
altogether have a right to use force to remove the threat of those weapons. |

The right to have nuclear missiles? I would have to say no on that one. A country has the right to
seek out alternative energy from fossil fuels, but unfortunately, some countries cannot be trusted
with nuclear power because of the development of nuclear warheads. |

No counrty has the right to carry biological wepons that can harm millions of not only there own
people but people around the world. Once one country decides to get nuclearar arms then the rest
