I do so agree with this debate topic.
On the basis that it actually makes sense: A corporation is a soulless entity, not one identifiable
individual.
What it is is The Borg (as in Star Trek The Next Generation).
You do not want The Borg dictating your politics: Bad news, people! Bad, bad news when Big Business
runs things you care about.
And you can be sure, They do not care about you.
And when they do not care about you, they sure do not make decisions that are in YOUR Best
Interests, people!
Think about that for a while.

Both a corporation and a trust are fictitious persons.....they're people on paper and OUTLIVE the
one who "created" it. This is English common law, you guys should know this. |
