I'm sorry but as much as i liked the whole, black and red sought of Sin City look of 300, it is
quite inaccurate, but then again robotic aliens?. What i mean is that the Persians were shown in a
bad light as mangled deformed creatures while the white 300 where shown as masculine Gods. Or am i
missing the point of the film? |

No freakin' way. I almost fell asleep since the action started around an hour and a half into the
movie. I couldn't tear my eyes away from the screen in transformers. For when there wasn't action,
there was comedy to lighten the mood. Plus there was a bunch of explosions, which are awesome. Plus
meet the Spartans ruined 300'S reputation & This Is Sparta is one of the most annoying catchphrases
of the year. |

Transformers is way better than 300 because the graphics is way better and it is based on a cartoon.
Plus there is no blood but jus electricity flying around. |

They shouldn't be compared. These two films are of two entirely separated fields. And to state the
truth, the historical inaccuracy in 300 was quite unacceptable for me. |

I thought 300 was garbage. Now granted, Transformers is typical Michael Bay "big explosion"
nonsense, but it's certainly more entertaining than 300. I spent the whole movie going "Can we just
kill them all and go home?" |

No. 300 was a disappointment, being a short, dull and bloody mess that failed to provide the thrills
it promised. Sure, the specials effect were great, but Optimus Prime's transformation in
Transformers outclassed everything 300 could throw at it. Also, the acting in Transformers was
great, with Shia LaBeouf giving a brilliant performance, as always . |

300 was a movie about the Spartans and their life, how they are raised and how they become warriors
and soldiers whereas Transformers is a movie in which we see certain things transforming and taking
shape of something else. 300 is a movie based on the history and Transformers is a science based
movie. Though both the movies are good in their own perspective and they have their target audience
but as far as a general layman I think 300 will attract more audience than Transformers. 300 is a
movie about courage and power. The faith and confidence that we must have to protect something which
belongs to us, no matter how big and strong our enemy is, we will fight till the end. That is the
movie all about. Thus 300 can be said to be better than Transformers. |
