Yes 21 is too old
Once you hit 18 your like an adult so why do we have to wait till were 21
It just makes more people drink earlier on as in where they're in there teens and i don't see the
point in that. |

You're right if you can die for your country you should be able to get wasted before you do so i
don't see what the problem is more kids are dying cause they are doing it some where else then
diving home but if you could do it at 18 we could just stay home and get drunk |

Agreed. Seriously, most kids at 18 are able to get access to alcohol anyways, so why not just make
it legal?
I heard that colleges make it legal so that we can weed out all the slackers. I mean, those that are
serious about school will (hopefully) drink with moderation (say a bit of red wine for the health
benefits). |

I think the French have it right they allow kids to taste the wine at meal times, that way they come
to respect it and see it for what it is. For them it is a bit like going for a coffee. It is no big
issue over in Gay Paree. |

Indeed it is. |

I think , everyone who says "A" has to say "B", too.
So I think if the president thinks you are old enough to fight "for" your land with 18 years,
you should ,too, be allowed to drink with 18.
If your soul is old enough to see other people falling in a war, your body is old enough to resist
the follows of drinking. |

I do think 21 is too old.
I live in the UK and the age there is 18.
Even at this age, kids are rebelling and obtaining fake ID's, drinking around bus stops and
generally reeking havoc.
Introducing alcohol with a lower % would be a better idea. When I was younger I used to have sips of
wine or beer at the dinner table with my parents and that in itself makes me not care about alcohol
so much.
We've got to educate younger generations that is isn't 'cool' and get them to understand the
consequences.
If we leave the drinking age to 21, imagine how many people will excessively drink just because they
don't know the limits? |
