20p Isn't Too Much For A Balloon
I was busking with my balloons when a lady approached me for a balloon model. Her son wanted a airplane which involved three balloons. Her Mum gave her 20p. The boy's mother says " Come on, 20p's to much. Have you got 10p it's only a balloon. " 20p is too much. You've got to be kidding " I said. " "Have you got 10p its only a balloon " Is 20p too much? It cost me 15p to make. Besides isn't my art worth more than that? You can't values my art at 10p. She was rude.

People want everything for nothing today. I believe that 20p is not enough. People need to realize that your artwork, skill and time are much more valuable than the actual balloon stock. This same thing happens when you do arts and crafts show. People do not appreciate the value of your work. They do not see the time and effort you put into making your product available. It may be just a balloon, but it is something that you created. It is something that you took the time to learn and perfect. It is a skill and a talent. You should raise your prices. You should charge people for your skill and talent and not for the balloons.

20p is cheap. It depends what you've got on the balloon I suppose. If you have a cool graphic or some amusing words, you could get 50p easily. If it's just a plain balloon, maybe 30p. You should sprinkle some glitter on them or something to make it look like you're adding value.

Balloons should be free, especially if they are red!

Value is perception, a person can't be wrong in expressing what something is worth to them.

No one can place a correct dollar figure on what something is really worth.

Especially if they don't know the circumstance surrounding the buyer and the seller.

Look at stocks, value are constantly fluctuating.

Yes interesting, stocks and things mhmmm... you can put a correct dollar on what something is really, antique dealers and drug dealers (not linking them) do that all the time! And get it right.
