Of course it would make me happy! It shouldn't, but it would. It could also make my life better; I
could save that money for a car, college, and a house. And, of course, I would take 1,000 of that
and go on a shopping spree. (I sound so selfish, don't I?) |

Us happy? How many people does "us" include? If there is too many I won't be happy. I would be very
happy with one million dollars. I do my hobbies for the rest of my life. |

Actually most people will make 1 million dollars in their lifetime of work.
Yes money brings happiness. It is the Love of money that brings Sorrow and destruction |

One million dollars could definetly make my life better and happier. I stress so much about bills
and groceries and presents for birthdays and holidays, etc. I can;t handle the pressure sometimes.
If I had a million dollars or even any dollars, my life would be so much better. I hate thinking
about all those things, they cause stress headaches and tension that is unnecessary. I would
definelty keep the life I have now and just relax a little knowing that the money would be invested
and I was living off the interest. |

Agreed. I could buy lots with a million, and girls would be queuing up for me. |

Ya i think a million dollars would make me happier, and a heck of a lot less stressed out. I collect
for American Express, and i hear all kinds of stories everyday because of the American economy right
now (you can thank your president for that)...as a Canadian our dollar is doing better but its life
in general, ess eche eye tee is expensive. |

It would sure make me a heck of a lot happier. |

No, nothing and noone can make me happy but myself. But a million dollars sure could reduce certain
stressful elements in my life. |

I completely disagree with every single person on here that says money could make them happy!! We
see poor people in poverty stricken countries on TV and do you know something? They are happy!! This
is all because they have their families alive and healthy and are having a good time with the little
resources they have!! Money can make no one happy and i feel strongly that instead of looking
towards the airheads with all the money who splash it about we should look to the poor people of our
world who have little in the money area but still manage to laugh and smile!! They are our role
models |

Money can not buy happiness or love or peace. I know people who are more poor than poor and they are
the happiest people on earth that i know. |

No. Money is only a TOOL at best, and in the hands of some? Bad tool.
Definitely happiness, is a state of mind and circumstance: Not a tool. I do not see any correlation
between these two ideas whatsoever.
Prove your point to me, please. |

My family is rich so not a million but maybe a billion...
I'm under 18 hence i cant control my family share... But my fams have been teaching me all about
money, marketing, housing marketing, flipping car marketing, car marketing, etc... But if u ask me
about stock i will puke (stock is too tiny) |

I think a million dollars could make you happy for a little bit, until you do not spend it right. If
you know how to spend money, then it might make you happy. But most people do not know how to spend
it. Lets say someone buys a million dollar home. They will need to start making enough money to do
things like water their lawn, which they have more of. Pay electric bills, which they have more of.
And so on. |
| |
|

|

No, because its most humans nature to never be happy. They can take and take, but they still wont be
happy...and whats next when that million dollars is gone? |
| |
|
| |
|
| |
|
|
Nah it could back in lick 1900 but a million dollars doesn't go nearly as far as it used to maybe a
million euro or pounds that would go pretty far |

Funny....then why is the millionaire class one of the highest for suicide rates?
If you aren't happy before you get rich, you still wont know how to be happy. Ask John Belushi,
Freddy Prince, Keith Ledger, John Denver....and on and on and on |
| |
|
| |
|
| |
|
|
Consider this question
Could money really give you everything?
Then read this i heard something about a group of really rich people what they had in common is they
all committed suicide
money cannot buy love money cannot make you happy although many people think it can and then they go
money hungry never having enough money thinking it will make them happy but it never does |

No! Money can't buy happiness or love! Have you ever heard that from someone else? Maybe the
Beatles? They were right to say (or sing) "Can't buy me love" because you can't. It just doesn't
work! Money is one of the worst things for anyone because it causes greed and many more bad
thoughts. Some people steal and some other people even kill to get money. $1,000,000 won't solve
anyones problems. |

Money cannot buy happiness and happiness should never be obtained through money. Although, a million
dollars would change one’s life and it might make them temporarily happy, but what happens when
the money runs out? What happens when you discover that material things do not make you happy? One
should look for happiness from within themselves. People, material things, and money can only make
you happy for a little while. I would love to have a million dollars, but it would not make me
happy. I would invest it and use it to make more money. However, if I am not happy inside and with
who I am, I will never be truly happy in life. |

1 million wouldn't make me happy, 8 or 9 however would. |
